I grew up in Akron, Colorado a small town on the north eastern plains. I was very active with wrestling, football and baseball through high school. Following an ACL and meniscus injury during my high school wrestling days, I have been in therapy and understand what it takes to come back from an injury. After successful rehab, I was able to return to football and place in the Colorado state wrestling tournament multiple times. I now enjoy running obstacle races like the Rugged Maniac and spending time with my wife and son.
I opened MVP Physical Therapy in December 2013 after practicing 6 and a half years alongside of some of the top orthopedic and sports med doctors at Cornerstone Orthopedics in Louisville, Colorado. I graduated with a Masters from the Physical Therapy program at the University of Oklahoma with honors in 2007 and have worked in the orthopedics and sports medicine field since. I have worked with professional athletes, recreational athletes, weekend warriors, kids and regular people with orthopedic pains and problems. My specialty is degenerative tissue problems or tendinopathy and tendinitis pain.
