This year’s CrossFit Open begins on March 11th!
There’s a reason this event is one of the most loved and exciting community events at our gym.
This year’s Open will consist of three workouts that can be completed by anyone! Workouts can be tailored to fit YOUR fitness level, and this year they can even be completed at home with or without equipment.
