Thomas “Tom” Pedigo

Tom was one of Keith’s very first regular clients when Arvada Fitness (now CrossFit Arvada) first began in 2007.  A product of CrossFit training himself, he has now become a CrossFit Level 1 trainer.  He brings a wealth of medical knowledge from his 11-year career as a physician assistant in occupational medicine, primary care, and emergency medicine, as well as 15 years in emergency medical services as a paramedic.

Tom joined us as a trainer in the summer of 2011 as he returned from a tour of duty in Afghanistan supporting the US Army special operations elements, where he saw first- hand how true American warriors utilize CrossFit to reach peak performance levels in the toughest jobs in the world.  This inspired him to return and obtain his Level 1 trainer certification, and he now blends his extensive medical knowledge with that inspiration of peak performance at CrossFit Arvada.
