Crossfit is For Everyone –
All the workouts and movements are scalable to any ability and fitness level, up or down. We use this Free class to assess your movement and flexibility. After your free class you will be ready to join the group classes or personal training options.
We will show you how to safely execute movements and lifts. Our coaches are very experienced and will quickly get to know your abilities, and goals — We use mobility exercises and modifications that will help you with your weaknesses or movement restrictions (like tight ankles or hips). We teach proper gym etiquette…how to bail, how to spot, how to rack and un-rack barbells, how to set up the rowing machines, how to use the bands and general gym rules.
CrossFIt Classes follow the following format.
2) Warm-up/Workout prep to review the movements
3) Scaling Options for the workout
4) Strength Training
